You approved the sample.
You liked the color.
You liked the texture.
You showed it to your client.
Everyone agreed that it looked right.
Then the full order arrived, and after installation, you suddenly noticed something:
“Why doesn't it look exactly like the sample?"

8. Your Screen Is Not the Project Site
There is another easy mistake:
Approving a finish from a photograph.
The same stainless steel can look different depending on:
- Camera settings
- Screen brightness
- Monitor color calibration
- Photography angle
- Surrounding materials
- Lighting conditions
A photograph can help you understand the general appearance.
But for important projects, it should not replace a physical sample.

- Can you help confirm the installation direction?
These questions are often more useful than simply asking:
“What is your best price?"
