At JASUN, every stainless steel decorative sheet is inspected before shipment to ensure consistent quality, accurate dimensions, reliable packaging, and complete documentation.
1. Surface Quality Inspection
We conduct multi-step surface inspections during production and before shipment. The stainless steel sheets are checked for visible scratches, dents, marks, and other surface defects. For colored and patterned sheets, we compare the finished products with the customer's approved sample to ensure consistent color, pattern, and texture.

2. Thickness, Length & Width Inspection
Before shipment, professional measuring instruments are used to check the thickness, length, and width of the stainless steel sheets according to the agreed specifications. For PVD and colored decorative sheets, professional equipment is also used to check surface brightness and color consistency.

3. Three-Layer Protective Packaging
JASUN provides wooden frame packaging, sealed wooden crate packaging and plywood crate packaging. Regardless of the packaging type, stainless steel sheets receive three layers of protection, including surface protection, cushioning and moisture protection, and external structural protection to help prevent scratches, impact, and moisture during transportation.

4. Material Certificates & Quality Reports
After shipment, JASUN provides the required material certificates and quality inspection reports according to customer and project requirements. This documentation helps customers verify the material specifications and inspection results of their stainless steel products.
