Corrosion Resistant Perforated Stainless Steel Sheet with Customizable Hole Pattern and High Strength
Perforated Stainless Steel Sheet is manufactured by punching stainless steel sheets with regularly arranged holes. It offers excellent corrosion resistance, high strength, durability and an attractive modern appearance. The hole pattern, hole diameter, spacing and open-area ratio can be customized according to different functional and decorative requirements.
Common perforation patterns include round holes, square holes, rectangular holes, slotted holes, hexagonal holes and decorative patterns. Round holes arranged in staggered or straight rows are the most commonly used designs.
The sheets are available with 2B, BA, No.4 brushed, hairline, mirror-polished, embossed and PVD-colored finishes. Additional services such as laser cutting, bending, welding, framing and edge trimming are also available.
Perforated stainless steel sheets are widely used for building façades, ceilings, wall cladding, partitions, sunshades, ventilation panels, acoustic panels, filters, machine guards, balcony railings, cabinet doors and decorative screens.
